- With your leadership you will set the foundation for our collaboration internally and towards our stakeholders

- You will be the manager for the team responsible for our contact centre platforms in Sweden and Baltics and you will also be an important part of Communication solutions management team.

What is needed in this role:

- Experience from managing people

- Self-driven, curious and open minded

- Structured and with high communicational skills

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- A drive for working with different cultures and building a strong team spirit despite having employees in various geographical locations

- Our technical transformation journey will be ever on-going you should also be motivated by working in an ever-changing environment
