Team Manager Gum Coating

We are now looking for a Team Manager on permanent night and weekend shift for our Production Gum Coating unit.

As Team Manager you will be a vital link in our Supply Chain organization that serves our world-wide customer base.
You will take a high responsibility for a large group of employees, providing direction and development both from a technical and people related perspective.
This is a challenging position with excellent career and development opportunities for a team player with drive and an open mindset.

Role
- Responsible that our "Safety First" culture is lived in every aspect of your teams work and processes
- Responsible for the continuous development of a Quality mindset in thought and action across your team
- Lead and develop your production teams on various alternating shifts
- Improve and stabilize high productivity (OEE) and plan attainment to internal and external customers
- Effectively manage the cost in your area of responsibility within the assigned budget
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and improvement projects as well as representation on the companys behalf during audits from authorities and external customers
- Focus strongly on training and developing your team to strengthen their technical, project and people competences

Experience
- Preferably you hold an academic degree in engineering or alternatively technical school degree with
supplementary technical training
- Green Belt certified or interested in becoming is a must.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and in English.

- You take personal ownership and full accountability to deliver results
- You have strong interpersonal skills, are able to develop your team and are keen to drive change in
order to improve
- You are a team player who is performance driven, result- oriented and analytical.
- You are also comfortable to alternate between daytime work and shift work (evening/night/weekend) if required
- You take responsibility for follow- up and make the team accountable
- You are structured and flexible
- You are willing to make decisions and take controlled risks
