About you
Are you an experienced leader with passion to serve and support People Business Operations with digital solutions?
You have a genuine interest in people´s ability to learn & grow and a strong belief in that competence development drives business result. You can easily build strong and trustful relationships with multiple stakeholders on different levels.

In your role as team manager, you will build trustful relationships across organizational levels through clear and simple communication, where your ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way will be key.
You have previously worked with cloud based global HR solutions, preferably Workday, and have knowledge of HR processes.
You have skills to combine a long-term perspective with turning strategies into operational results and relevant actions for your team.
About the job
Next to the core business assignment, Core Business Range is also responsible to lead (on behalf of Inter IKEA Group) the running support and further development of our People and HR Solutions: Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
Workday is the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making. ServiceNow HR module creates digital workflows that help our organization work smarter, faster & better during different phases of the employment cycle.
These solutions are supported today by internal teams working with Operations and Development. Our DevOps teams are currently supporting approx. 11 000 co-workers employed in 27 countries. The roll-out will continue to add additional 15 000 co-workers during the coming year. As the team assignment grows, our Workday Solution Management team will consist of two teams working together towards our common goals.
As a Team Manager you will lead a team of 5-6 people, working with Workday HCM, Time, Absence, and Integration domains.
· In close cooperation with technology and business partners across Inter IKEA Group (Group and Core Businesses) you will lead continuous support and development of Workday for the assigned areas.
· You will lead and champion the DevOps and agile culture where development and maintenance are handled by the same resources.
· Establish and implement common ways of working and collaborate with stakeholders within Inter IKEA Group, incl. governance and communication on different levels.
· Work with technology as a business tool and translate requirements into solutions, balancing user experience, business needs and digital constraints.
· You will own supplier/vendor contracts with Alight (common payroll provider in 10 countries) due to connection with the assigned Workday domains.
· Manage supplier of tools and consultants relevant for the assigned area.
· Identify and capture business opportunities and deliver results with high sense of urgency when needed.
You will deliver results through involving and engaging people across Inter IKEA with project / solution team members.
