We are looking for a curious, communicative and digital native Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The team currently consist of Didrik, Jessica and Ellinor and now we need you to help us!

What you’ll do 

Currently we are building a fast-paced software development organisation and you will play a crucial part in our Tech team's continuous growth and success! As our Tech Recruiter you will partner with various managers from our IT division, helping them find, attract and engage passive candidates using search techniques in LinkedIn and other talent databases.  An important part of your job will also be to profile Telenor as an employer towards our candidates; this work entails building talent pipelines, being in continuous dialogue and network with potential candidates.

Who are you 

In order to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you should have a passion for acquiring outstanding talent, and that you have the ability to understand how to optimize the delivery of hiring for our leaders in their quest for finding the best people for Telenor.

As we believe diversity is key to our success, you will recruit both local and international candidates. Your ability to communicate written and orally in both Swedish and English is therefore a requirement.

We also think you should have:
* Experience (and a strong interest) working with talent sourcing and recruitment from the tech/IT industry
* Good knowledge in using LinkedIn recruiter (using advanced search and Boolean operators, building talent pipelines) and/or other sourcing databases like Github, Stackoverflow, Amazing Hiring etc.
* Ability to work independently and structured as you will be managing a full cycle recruitment process
* Good communication and co-operation skills
* A desire to develop and improve (as a person but also our recruitment function)
* A structured and systematic approach as you will manage several recruitment processes simultaneously
