Mission

The Technical account Manager in the Nordics region is a technical resource with responsibility to interface with assigned key customers in pre-sales, on-boarding and to improve ongoing service delivery. The Technical account Manager proactively ensures customer satisfaction in technical aspects and customer support. Close cooperation with the regional and global sales teams and in particular the SE's (Solution Expert) is essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist account managers in pre-sales, training and documentation
- Pro-actively analyze customers traffic and service quality
- Technical account management and support escalation point for assigned key customers
- Continuous pro-active discussions with assigned key customers to increase sales
- Manage and co-ordinate end-to-end on boarding for assigned customers services
- Request provisioning of assigned customers and assist/secure in test and verification of their services
- Assist customer with localized services, such as campaigns
- To be an excellent SDM, good technical knowledge is essential, in the platform as well as the operator services and contacts
- Technical customer project management as required
- RFP responses
- Maintaining internal relationship with Service Management organization

The Technical account Manager reports to the regional Sales director


Profile

Formal education
- MSc. or other academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering, in combination with related work experience

Experience
- Broad technical knowledge in related fields, including technical service support
- Web- and Internet technologies (networking, application architecture, etc...) and telecom knowledge
- Relevant mobile payment and messaging experience

Key personal skills
- The right attitude to service profession, puts customer first
- Good in front of customers and partners
- Not afraid of getting into the technical details and support in fixing problems

- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong drive in initiating, executing and completing given work tasks
- Very good skills in English, written and spoken
- Diplomatic and educating
- Good at multitasking

Position based in Stockholm, Sweden.
