Technical Consultant to the Telecom Software Company CSG International

OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client CSG International looking for a Technical Consultant who will be working internally and externally in implementation projects to ensure that customers gets the full value from the solutions CSG International provides.

CSG Assure is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data Service Quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 130 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like AT&T, Belgacom and Tata. The CSG Assure team is growing and they are therefore looking to strengthen the team with a talented person who will be an internal asset to support the team Professional Services as well as the Support Team when the solution is implemented.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from CSG International is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work. Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by CSG International.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Technical Consultant you will be responsible resource for customer contact, technical installations and configurations in customer implementation projects. You will also be responsible for resolving customer IT related issues in implementation projects and customer support. You will work from the CSG Stockholm office working with clients remotely but travels to customer sites might be required occasionally.

For example, you will:


* Have customer contact and secure that they get the full value of the software solutions
* Support the implementation projects with IT related questions, mostly in the fields of network and servers
* Troubleshoot and analyze IT related issues, both in implementation projects and more technical challenging cases incoming to the customer support team
* Analyze and troubleshoot the test probes in the Assure global test network

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* At least 2-5 years of professional experience as an IT Technichian or equivalent where you have got a solid knowledge in Windows Server 2012 and Networking in a large context


* You have solid knowledge in routing, switching and network security, TCP/IP and routing table configuration firewall setup
* Have good communication skills and feel comfortable in a role that involves client contacts
* Have excellent English communication and presentation skills
* Preferable have an University degree in IT


It will be considered an additional qualification if you have earlier experience and knowledge of more technologies that CSG International / Ascade uses:


* Windows: IIS 7.0, Powershell script, SQL Server 2014 and Windows Azure
* Network: Cisco VPN setup, server performance monitoring and other tasks related to network services and servers.
* Linux: CentOS, VNC, Asterisk, Shell script
* Amazon web services (AWS): Amazon EC2, Amazone VPC, Amazon CloudWatch, VPN tunnel setup
* Have an understanding of telecom networks
