TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (WORKFLOW) TO SNOW

We are looking for a Technical Consultant, who wants to rise to the challenge to organize and deliver our products within the North Eastern Region (NEE). We are looking for you that has been working with designing and building IT Service processes in different solutions. If you are a strong team player with a customer-centric approach to deliveries, support and sales then this might be the opportunity for you.
You will report directly to Head of Technical Consulting NEE Region.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
• Deliver workshops at customer for Snow Automation Platform and related products
• Implement Snow Automation Platform and related products at Customers and Partners
• Support in complex tenders targeted to Snow Automation Platform and related products
• Installation and configuration of Snow product portfolio at customers (remotely or on premise where required).
• Customer training
• Knowledge transfer of Snow product portfolio to customers and Partners
• Configuration Management of Snow product portfolio
• Liaise with Service Delivery and Support on specific customer projects
• Participate in virtual account teams on large customer projects

Your individual work includes to actively engage in and resolve support deliveries to customers and partners.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
• English, fluently both written and spoken
• Swedish, fluently both written and spoken
• Able to communicate and explain technically complex concepts in a clear and concise way
• Understand pre-sale as well as post sale perspective
• Experienced in process/workflow modelling
• Fault searching skills (be able to use e.g. Firebug, know where to find error messages and how to find information on the messages found)

• At least two years´ Consultant experience (responsive, social, problem solver, know what consultancy work means and requires) .
• At least two years´ experience from working with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, SQL, Windows Server, Internet Information Services).
• At least two years´ experience from workflow products like Microsoft Orchestrator, Window workflow foundation or similar product.
• At least two years´ experience from working with PowerShell, .NET development, JavaScript and Webservices.

HOPEFULLY YOU ALSO HAVE
• Experience in Self-service portal development / implementation
• Experience from technical support in Windows environment
• System management experience
• Knowledge about SAM solutions
• Knowledge in Software licensing
