Technical Contract Manager

The position!


We are now looking for a Technical Contract Manager that will be our key person when it comes to establishing, maintaining and securing adherence to contracts and agreements with development partners. In this mission you will work with all areas of the Technology organization, Purchasing- and Legal department.  
You will participate in the early phases with defining the deliverables, negotiating together with Purchasing and defining the contracts. During the contracts duration your role is to secure adherence to what was established in terms of deliverables, processes and governance is fulfilled from both our side and our partners.
In this role you will be the line organization’s and the project’s right hand when it comes to contractual topics.
 
So who are you?


The profile we are looking for is a senior person that has worked with suppliers & partners. To be successful in this role we believe you have experience from embedded systems development within the automotive business, you enjoy and believe in teamwork, you are not afraid of the unknown and you have a true ‘can do attitude’.
This role combines engineering-, legal- and commercial aspects. It means that you most likely have a strong background in at least two of three areas combined with a strong interest in the third. Experience from contract management and/or compliance activities is desired.  
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate on executive level are required.
