Academic Work is looking for a Technical Customer Support to our client Digital River World Payments. Digital River World Payments have 120 employees who works in Stockholm, London and USA; we are now looking for a new employee for their Client Support-department in Stockholm. In the Stockholm-office it is an open and ambitious atmosphere where you have the opportunity to learn a lot from your colleagues. This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Digital River World Payments. The intention from Digital River World Payments is that they will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role as Technical Customer Support you will be the first point of contact with Digital River World Payments and handle their customer matter via email. You will primarily be working with sorting the matters that you receive and solve them to your best ability. If you have more technical difficulties it is important that you take help from your colleagues or that you send the matter to the technical support. In the position as Customer Support the relationship with the customers is highly valued, therefore you will actively be working with development of the function and the processes that the team is handling.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for a person who have a relevant academic education or have relevant work experience. We believe that you have a great technical interest and that you have very good knowledge in working in Windows-environment and in the Office-package.

Furthermore, we see it as a merit if you have experience or interest in the banking-industry and if you’ve previously worked with customer support. As an Technical Customer Support you are mostly working with communication and Digital River World Payments are mostly working with English-speaking customers, we see that you have great knowledge in the English language in speaking and writing. If you have other language skills we see it as a merit.

We believe that you have an ability to handle several work task parallel and that you can work with a great overlook at your workflow, but also with more focus on details. Furthermore you have a good structure in your work, you can drive your work forward by yourself and that you have high ambitions. You have the ability to communicate with different types of people and see yourself as a social and service minded person.

* START: Immediately, in consideration of notice
* WORK EXTENT: Full time. At one occasion per week, you will work evening and one occasion per month, you will work night. This is so that DRWP’s international customer can get the best service possible.
