Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to work in a fast-paced environment on some of our newest and most innovative products. The successful candidate will work independently as well as partner with technical and customer-facing teams to implement and support technical solutions for our customers, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical implementation and provide support of standard and customized deliverables for customers of our integrated products and applications
Manage multiple API implementations concurrently. Interface with D&B team members to provide guidance regarding technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while working with peer and partner groups as needed. Complete implementations, provide support and technical issue resolution within attention paid to quality and timeliness
Act as the subject matter expert internally and externally on how D&B Products work within the API landscape
Make recommendations for system, process and product enhancements based on experience implementing and supporting the product. Work as part of a team to deploy enhancements

About You:
Strong analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to communicate (oral and written) complex technical requirements, issues and solutions in a professional manner
Project Management, process design & documentation skills. Previous customer service experience
Advantage if you have experience in CRM system admin, SQL, JSON/XML, or the major coding languages
Advantageous to professionally communicate in one or more of the Nordic languages
