Technical Price Manager

We are looking for a Technical Price Manager for the newly established Service Contract Support Center within the Global Service Offerings group. The center is responsible to support the brands, markets, clusters and regions in all aspects of the Service Contracts ranging from creating new offerings to follow-up of our current portfolio.
As the team has a global responsibility, the role will give plenty of opportunities to work with people from all over the world, and from many different parts of the company.
You will maintain and update the Service Contract Technical Prices with a global perspective, and be the link between the regions, clusters and the head quarter functions. Your duty is to set correct technical prices, improve tools and working methods, and identify and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Your responsibilities will be:
To maintain the global technical price database
Together with the markets and clusters, set the local technical price
Support sales with price calculations on a case by case basis
To secure that the contract coverage in the documents (fact sheets, offers, contracts) are in line with the calculation estimations for all markets
Roll out and support of CQ Online. Be the CQ super user, perform trainings and be part of the future requirements and development
Work with component life length estimations, both using statistical analysis, as well as historical data analysis
Support reporting of the service contracts portfolio
Perform training sessions for Service Contracts and Technical Pricing globally
Participate in the tender process for electromobility offerings
Take active part in the development of new service contract products

We expect you to:

Be a skilled Microsoft Excel user
Be well organized, with planning and coordination skills and focus on details

You are a driven analyst and team player, and preferably have experience in aftermarket, sales or marketing. Similar experiences qualify. You have been working at least three years in your field, and are now eager to help Volvo Buses to create and deliver services that improve our customers? everyday business. You have the ability to learn on the fly.
You have at least a Bachelor degree or similar. Knowledge in Volvo Buses customer segments is considered as a valuable merit. You are of course fluent in English. Knowledge in additional languages is a merit, as is the experience in Volvo systems (VOSP, CQ, TSA, and IMPACT).
