We’re looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to our Product Development Fuel Conditioning Systems & Modules, part of Marine Separation in Business Unit Marine Separation & Heat Transfer. So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
Product Development FCS & Modules, based in Monza, is responsible for the definition of the HSS (High Speed Separators) Module standard for a wide range of application, duty and fluids. You will be part of building up this function in Tumba, in close cooperation with Global Sales and Product Center HSS.
About the jobThe Technical Product manager (TPM) has the technical responsibility for the definition of the HSS Modules and product knowledge within the Product Center. The TPM significantly contributes in the implementation of new items/equipment’s into the Module Platform, to assure the full operability and maintenance, together with cost saving initiative before going into production. The Technical Product Manager is also together with R&D, Product Management and Global Sales responsible for delivering new and innovative solutions to customers.
Key tasks:

Keep the HSS Modules Platform updated, planning document revision, implementing the change request, marked demands, request of Global Sales
Drive Cost saving initiatives during the implementation of HSS Platform modification
Active interface with Project Managers, drivers of NPD/EPD Projects, in the HSS Modules Portfolio
Keep the overall budget for the Product update: man-hours, timing and quality
Interface with R&D HSS, E&S and Sourcing Team to explain the content of the HSS module updates
Contribute in writing Feasibility Studies and Project Specifications

What you know

Engineering degree at university level with +5 years’ experience in the role
Experience in the Marine, Engine Power, Energy or O&G industries will be an asset
Proficient knowledge of Autocad 2D/3D, Inventor 3D and Office
Knowledge of PDM system and PLM methodology is considered an asset
Fluent written and spoken English
Good communication and networking skills
Curious, organized, ability to prioritize the essentials, the ability to see the whole picture
Cross-cultural awareness

PracticalitiesThe position is based in Tumba, Sweden. You will report to the manager of PD FCS & Modules in Monza and have Marine Separation Sales manager as host manager in Tumba.
