Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work hands-on with the research production processes for some of our biggest and most complex projects. As Technical Project Manager you will join our Product Delivery organization at our Stockholm Headquarters. Come join us and be a part of Nepa’s fantastic journey!  Your role as our Technical Project ManagerAs a Technical Project Manager at our Stockholm Office, you will be working with our core research products and be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights for our clients. You will plan and manage the entire production process (from scripting the surveys, data collection and visualizing data in reports or systems) and work together with our experts within each of these fields, for some of our biggest projects and clients. You will be the best at Nepa at using and placing demands on our technical solutions (both external systems and internally developed tools) to always find the best solution for our clients. It will be a close collaboration with a dedicated team of product delivery experts located both in Stockholm and in our Mumbai office in India. You will be working both directly with end-clients as well as act as support to client teams working in all of our global sales offices.Your profile as our Technical Project ManagerWe are looking for a team-player who pays meticulous attention to detail and takes pride in understanding all the small steps of transforming data into insights. You have a great sense of responsibility and you take great pride in always making sure that the client gets exactly what they need before the agreed upon deadline. You are structured and are great at planning complex projects. You probably love writing lists.You have a technical interest and you like to learn how things work in detail. We have experts available for each of our technical solutions, but you like to learn how things work as it makes managing the entire process easier for you. Data is also another thing you love and what the data says about the world.You have probably worked 3-5 years as a project manager or similar, preferably from market research. You might have an engineering or business degree but your degree is less important than your interest in data and your sense of responsibility and attention to detail. A few more things- You are highly proficient in Excel- Experience within BI systems like Tableau or Qlik Sense is an advantage- Experience within tools like SQL, Alteryx or R is an advantage- You are fluent in English, both in writing and speech- You share our core values; Passion, Innovation and Collaboration- You take pride in delivering high levels of service, we are known for that
