TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Position
You will be responsible of different projects within the Skånemejerier Group Organisation in Sweden and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries and status quo report. As part of the Technical Department, you will be working on multiple projects across multiple technical areas in collaboration with different departments in the organization and also external involved parties. You will create pre-project plans, risk analysis and standard documents setup.

The technical department consists of 3 employees and you will report to the Technical Manager.

Profile
You are an engineer with a broad technical knowledge, preferably in automation, process or mechanical and you have a minimum of 1-3 years experience as a project leader. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate with others, be structured and be able to hold together large projects as well as being proactive and analytical. You are open to learn and teach other within the organisation, as we rely on each other through the different projects. It also requires that you have a good ability to handle stress and difficult situations with many deadlines.
Since we have many international contacts a fluency in English both orally and in writing is required. Travelling will also be required in some projects. We highly value personal fitness.

Requirements:
- A university or higher professional qualification in either automation, process or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 year experience as project leader.
- Experience in producing scope documentation for projects and manage to it throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple key projects, with accountability to prioritize work and ensure that all project timelines are met.
- Good knowledge in Office, Microsoft project and Visio.
- Experience in AutoCad, El-drawing and/or E-Plan.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
