Could you be the full-time Technical Project Manager in Hässleholm we’re looking for?



Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll lead individuals and project teams with focus on delivering Signalling solutions for our global products as well as for our market adaptations. You will work closely together with other Project Managers, Program Managers, Line Managers and specialists within SW Design, Safety and Quality. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more.


We’ll look to you for:
• Lead software development teams and individuals
• Resource management, planning activities, status follow up and financials
• Define project scope, goals, and priorities together with involved stakeholders
• Continuous development and improvement of project activities, ways of working

All about you

• Bachelor or Master´s degree in Engineering
• Experience in leading complex software projects from start to finish preferably experience within similar industries (transportation, medical or automotive industry)
• Good understanding of software development
• Knowledge of working with agile development
• Experienced working with cross functional teams
• Team player’s approach
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
