In the role of Technical Specialist - Managed Services, you´ll work together with your colleagues to deliver suggestions on technical services and solutions to our customers. In this role you´ll work as a presale function which means that a part of your job is to do requirements analysis and participate in feasibility studies together with Dustin´s sales staff. Your drive and social skills will therefore be important to succeed in this role.

You will be part of a virtual team of Technical Specialist - Managed Services characteristic of the team is the cohesion and the will to improve and create good solutions.

My name is Roger Persson and I´m the Head of Workplace & Software Consultants at Dustin. I´m recruiting for this position and I value a good ability to collaborate as our proposals for services and solutions are based on close collaboration with colleagues in other teams within Dustin, but also with customers of course. Other qualities that are important are planning and prioritization ability, not least considering that we are constantly working on several different cases at the same time. What you do

In this role, your main responsibility is to, together with the sales staff, make a requirement analysis that leads to a proposal for services and solutions based on Dustin's service catalog and competence platform. To succeed, you will collaborate with team members and also have many contact points both internally and externally. It is important that you enjoy working in a social environment and attend to meetings with our customers.

It is the seller's responsibility to run the business, but you are responsible for the technical solution that we present to the customer. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy giving presentations. With that work also comes tasks such as writing the presentations and offers. This also means that we believe that you are comfortable expressing yourself in writing. Internally, we have project managers who take over in the event of a transfer from you and the seller.

It is part of your and the team's role to maintain a high level of competence in Dustin's product range through continuous training and certification. Technical Sales Support is a quality assurance function within Services & Solutions at Dustin, therefore you and the team have a mandate to question technology choices and commercial conditions.

During a normal work week, you have both meetings with your team and with salespeople. To help our customers in the best way, a close dialogue is needed with many colleagues within Dustin. You work closely with colleagues in Sales, Delivery, Operations and Service Delivery Management. You both run and participate in customer meetings, which usually take place digitally. Both you and the team are expected to spend time on skills development regularly, this is important for both your own and Dustin's development.

What you have

5+ years of experience in presale, sales and delivery of IaaS, NaaS, Digital Workplace.

Experience of SaaS

Knowledge of Microsoft and M365

Knowledge within Azure

Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious if you have deep knowledge in one of the techniques
