Job description

This role essentially provides 2nd-line technical support for NCAB's global organization. This includes the following main tasks:

-Handle work that may be both client and server-related

-Support the business on global CRM, ERP and other business-related applications

-Prioritize tasks to minimize disturbance at the user level

-Organize and manage cases involving internal or external resources

-Ability to travel

Skills & Experience:

-Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global context

-Excellent technical knowledge of complex global MS-Windows environments

-Experience in Microsoft RDS

-Good technical knowledge of Active Directory GPO, Exchange Server and MS-Office

-Good network knowledge

-Business System knowledge

-Suitable IT/technical education or equivalent knowledge

-Verbal and written fluency in English is compulsory. Additionally, Swedish is an advantage but not requisite.

-Ability to build strong relations with colleagues and co-workers.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Rollen innebär primärt 2nd-line teknisk support för NCAB’s globala organisation. Arbetet består främst av att:

-Lösa problem som kan vara både client-och serverrelaterade

-Stödja verksamheten gällande CRM, ERP och andra affärsrelaterade applikationer

-Prioritera mellan ärenden för att minimera störningar på användarnivå

-Organisera och hantera ärenden där interna eller externa resurser är inblandade

-Resor förekommer

Lämplig bakgrund:

-Flera års erfarenhet i en liknande roll, gärna från global verksamhet

-Djupa tekniska kunskaper om komplexa globala MS-Windows-miljöer

-Erfarenhet av Microsoft RDS

-God teknisk kunskap om Active Directory GPO, Exchange Server och MS-Office

-Goda nätverkskunskaper

-Affärssystemkunskap

-Lämplig IT/teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande kunskaper

-Flytande engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav. Svenska en fördel men inget krav

-Förmåga att bygga starka relationer med såväl kollegor som externa partners
