INFORMATION SERVICE
As a Global Technical support specialist you will be a part of a team where you will be responsible for Husqvarna Group's range of professional battery products. The primary focus is to act as a single point of contact for product related quality concerns raised by Husqvarna Group's sales companies and distributors around the world. You will receive potential product-related quality issues from customers, sales companies and distributors and, inform them about short-term and long-term solutions. You will also make the initial analysis and forward it to the correct area within the Husqvarna Group such as R&D, factories or suppliers.

You will also be responsible to support sales and after sales support with technical updates meaning that you will visit key customers on regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews. This job includes 20-25 days of travel per year. You will also educate service personnel, primarily related to product improvements.

In your duties you will also prepare, analyse and distribute monthly warranty data reports to management team.

You will, for example...
- Collect, review and prioritize product related issues raised by customers and forwarded by their sales companies and distributors
- Make initial analyses and forward the issues to the correct Husqvarna area for problem solutions
- Support sales and after sales support regarding technical concerns

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU THAT HAVE
- An engineering degree. It is an advantage if the degree is focused on electrical engineering
- 3-5 years of experience working as an engineer
- Interest in technology
- Fluent in English, Other languages are an advantage

It is an advantage if you have used and have knowledge about Husqvarnas products and if you have knowledge of R & D and /or manufacturing processes. It is also preferable if you have experience from after sales processes.

You will be responsible for your own line of products, why it is important that you are self-sustaining. This work involves many different contact surfaces so it is required that you have a social ability, can create relationships, and that you can express yourself well in speech and written text. Your communication skills are very important in this work because the work also involves a lot of networking. Furthermore, it is important that you have a business mindset; you can think strategically and make your own decisions.
