As part of Alstom's extensive CO2 research and development programme, we are looking for a
Technology Manager who will be the key person in our global R&D team, responsible for development and improvement of our CO2 capture technologies.The position reports to the Director CO2 Technology and Design and you will be located in Växjö, Sweden.

Responsibilities:
.Definition, specification and performance of the technology
.Definition of fundamental process parameters
.Ownership of technology simulation models
.Approval of fundamental design choices
.Training and guidance to the project teams worldwide

Qualifications:
.Bachelor degree required: M.Sc or Ph.D.in engineering with topic related to CO2 mitigation technologies
preferred
.Experience in process systems engineering for an engineering service company or an operating company in the
hydrocarbon process industry
.Experience in performing conceptual design
.Successful experience in a product development is a plus
.Effectiveness in communication
.Fluency in English
.Ability to interact with other disciplines
.Sense of commitment
