As part of Alstom extensive CO2 research and development programme, we are looking for a
Technology Manager who will be the key person in our global R&D team, responsible for development and improvement of our CO2 capture technologies.The position report to the Director CO2 Technology and Design and you will be located in Växjö, Sweden.

Responsibilities:
.Definition and performance of the technology
.Definition of technology fundamental or prescriptive parameters
.Ownership of technology simulation models
.Approval of fundamental design choices
.Training and guidance to the project teams worldwide

Qualifications:
.Bachelor degree required : Ph.D.in chemical engineering with topic related to CO2 mitigation technologies
preferred
.5 to 10 years of experience preferred in process systems engineering for an engineering service company or an
operating company in the hydrocarbon process industry.
.Experience in performing conceptual design
.Successful experience in a product development is a plus
.Interest in environmental issues
.Fluency in English
.Ability to interact with other disciplines
.Sense of commitment
.Effectiveness in communication
