The Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Sweden is looking a temporary replacement of the Executive Assistant to the Ambassador.
Job description:
To efficiently manage the Ambassador's office.
Main duties include:
. Coordinating and supervising the Ambassador's agenda (meetings, travels, visits, etc.)
. Managing the Ambassador's correspondence
. Writing verbal notes, memos, letters, reports, etc.
. Maintaining of Ambassador's professional contacts databases
. Arranging logistics for travel and events
. Supporting with the organization of events and public diplomacy activities of the Embassy
. Act as focal point with the local Protocol Department and for protocol formalities
. Overseeing the Embassy's social networks accounts and posts
. Handling all incoming and outgoing calls of the Ambassador's Office
. Supporting the Deputy Head of Mission, especially when the Ambassador is away
. Aiding during meetings with refreshments and note taking
Requirements:
. Valid Swedish residency and/or citizenship.
. Effective time management
. Good communication skills
. Analytical thinking
. Attention to detail
. Multi-tasking
. Networking abilities to interact with the community, government and local organizations
. Fluency in English and Spanish
. Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Handling of confidential information
Desired skills:
. Intermediate Swedish language
. Basic use of Photoshop and Illustrator
