In this assignment Vasa Consulting is a subsuppliers to one of the major consulting companies. Today we are searching for a new consultant for work in the position as a Type Approval test engineer. The work will take place in the customers facilities in Lund.

Job description:
The Type Approval test engineer shall work with test execution, trouble reporting, and other task related to validating company?s mobile platforms. The scope of this assignment is to execute and report progress of test cases related to Operator Acceptance test cases such as AT&T?s ADAPT process for platform vendors or conformance test cases for 2G/3G or LTE. Previous experience from Operator Acceptance or other conformance testing is advantageous.

Required competence:
We are looking for a Type Approval Engineer with the following background and general competencies:

* Education level: Master of Science or similar.
* At least 3 years of practical experience from test and verification.
* Preferable previous experience working with conformance testing.
* Preferable experience from working with the following test equipments:
-Anite SAS or Anite CT
-Rohde & Schwarz CRTU-W/CMW500
-Anritsu MD8480C/MD8430
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
