TEST LEADER

IN OUR INDUSTRIAL DOORS AND DOCKING SOLUTIONS BUSINESS AREA

Role summary:
You will be part of a dynamic R&D team and work mainly with products related to our Business Area Industrial Door and Docking Solution (IDDS). As a Test Leader you will both take an active role in development projects and be able to design test specifications and execute tests and write test reports. Your task will include test design work as well as using your experience to guide colleagues.

Responsibilities and challenges:
- Act as a test leader in our product innovation projects
- Develop test methods and processes
- Specify and drive the production test setup for electronics
- Communicate with and guide our Chinese, American and Swedish colleagues

The position is full time and based in Landskrona. You report to our Test Manager and you will collaborate and be a part of a team consisting of 4 people.

Background and personal qualities:
We are looking for a self-motivated, analytic person with a high drive and passion. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy contributing to a team but also have the ability to work independently when needed. You cope quickly with change and are willing to learn new skills that the situations require. To be successful in this role you have a degree in engineering and 2-3 years of broad experience within electromechanical products and systems.

Qualifications - Mandatory
- A university degree in engineering, E or D (at least 120 p)
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Experience from verification of software based electromechanical systems
- Experience from writing test specifications and test reports for electro mechanical systems.
- Ability to speak and write fluent in both Swedish and English

Qualifications - Meritorious
- Experience of third party tests lab (SP, UL, TÜV)
- Experience from test tools like LabView
- Experience from organizations with global test setup
