Test Manager (Oskarshamn,Sweden)

We are looking for a Test Manager that will work with BiW IT - Implementation.

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the test for the complete projects, there will be 3 testers.
- Exploratory testing continuously throughout the project and our sprints.
- Ensure and verify that the data is handled and presented, automatically and manually.
- Prepare test data in different environments.
- Verify the Body in White user interface throughout development.
- Verify that the business rules are implemented and fulfilled continuously.
- Ensure that we follow the GUI design guidelines.
- Competence within continuous delivery is wanted, so the tasks above can be atomized.
- Report and follow up on trouble reports in JIRA, re-testing.
- Summary of test results.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
The project name is BiW IT Implementation and is classified as a mega project according to the PPS "Practical Project Steering" guidelines.
Our Client is planning to introduce a new cab series, NCG "Next Cab Generation". The cabs will be produced in Oskarshamn, Sweden and Sao Paulo, Brazil. The scope of BiW IT ? Implementation is valid for the new body shop in Oskarshamn. The knowledge will be transferred to Brazil through the AFR "Assigned function responsibility i.e BiW Oskarshamn is the master process" -responsibility.

Our client has a vision to have IT-systems that support the standardised way of working, guided by SPS "Scania Production System" and TPM "Total Productive Maintenance". This vision also includes to have information in a structured way according to the PISA "Production Information System Architecture. Scania approach to ISA 95" concept. This will enable our client to reuse the IT-systems in other Production Units.

The BiW IT implementation project will use the PPS project model and the SCRUM methodology will be used for application development.


COMPETENCE PROFILE:

We are looking for someone who has a university degree in IT and worked for some years with testing and focus on web application testing. Technical knowledge is required and web service testing and test automation experience is a demand.. The person should have a good understanding of the system development lifecycle.

We highly desire to find a person that lives in the Oskarshamn area and can work on site in Oskarshamn.
- Test managing
- Test in agile environments and used methods such as SCRUM or KANBAN.
- Performance test, familiar with creating performance test scenarios maybe even creating the scripts and running them.
- Integration testing, interfaces to other systems.
- Automated testing.
- Continuous delivery.
- Behavior driven testing.
- Front-end exploratory testing.
- Integration testing.
- Experience from JIRA and ZEPHYR.
