LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.

Position description

As a Thermal Engineer you will be a part of the LeanNova Thermal team, which is in a growing phase. Our strength is our experience and knowledge in complete system development and Integration of complete vehicle.

We are looking for a project/development engineer with experience from the vehicle industry. Climate- and Cooling Systems development are one area LeanNova alrady has very good knowledge and expertice within, but we still need to expand our team since we have several customers who need support in the area of Thermal development in different projects. You will placed in Trollhättan but need to have the possibility to work outside Trollhättan for periods of time.


-Development/Integration of conventional systems from concept to serial production
-Thermal management within hybrid and electrical vehicles





Skills & Requirements

-University degree or documented working experience within Thermodynamics
-Positive attitude , structured and like challening tasks
-Minimum 5 years experience
-Fluent in Swedish and English
-Knowledge within CAD Systems is an advantage
