OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Atlas Copco looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator within our business area Industrial Technique. As Trade Compliance Coordinator you are reporting to the Logistics Manager, and you will be part of creation and implementation of export and import compliance policies and procedures within Atlas Copco Industrial Technique AB. You will work in close collaboration with the Trade Compliance Responsible.

The position emphasizes import/export compliance issues that may arise and includes interaction with internal legal counsel and government officials as well as cooperation with R&D, sourcing, production units and customer centers. The position involves day-to-day work as well as work of a more strategic nature.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In collaboration with Trade Compliance Responsible you will be:


* Providing advisory support to ensure that all applicable products are classified for export and import in accordance to existing regulations.
* Coordinating all trade data (Country of Origin, Taric Codes, ECCN...)
* Exporting license determination and applications
* Screening against Denied Party Listing
* Supporting implementation of a Trade Compliance Program, including export/import policies and procedures
* Making sure exports/imports takes place compliantly, meeting corporate compliance standards as well as regulatory requirements. Conduct regular performance assessments
* Analyzing, monitoring and communicating updates about important changes in customs legislation, international trade operations and import & export programs that may/will impact the business
* Drive change management within the company on global trade compliance through education of other functions


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Experience requirements / Knowledge:

You have a minimum of 1 year work experience within trade compliance.
Strong working knowledge and experience applying EU/US or other international customs and export control laws and regulations.
Familiar with HTS and ECCN classification as well as Denied Party Screening.
Demonstrated ability to focus on project work and efficiently bring projects to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Swedish and English).
Advanced experience with MS Office
Experience/knowledge of AEO requirements is an advantage.

Educational requirements:

A completed Bachelor’s/Master Degree or similar in a relevant field (International Business and Trade, Logistics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Personality requirements:

As a person you are structured with attention to details and are having strong analytical skills. You are a flexible team player and motivator with leadership skills and ability to lead and train cross-functional teams. Furthermore you are self-driven with proven ability to work on multiple tasks and must possess ability to make sound judgments with confidence.
