Traffic controller / trafikledare

Are you a solution-oriented and driven individual with a passion for sustainable logistics?
We are growing and are now looking for a dedicated traffic controller to join our team in Stockholm. As a traffic controller, your job is to plan, route, and schedule drivers for fast and smooth bicycle deliveries.
In your work, you maintain constant contact with our e-bike riders, monitor operations, and delivery flow. You are the linchpin that must be able to handle unpredictable events, be service-oriented, and solution-focused.
The role also includes tasks such as recruiting new drivers, conducting interviews, and providing training. We see that you are a person who thrives with many tasks at hand and is accustomed to taking on a lot of responsibility.
Experience in the logistics industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
Requirements
Valid moped class 2 license or driving license
Knowledge of Stockholm city
Willingness to adhere to assigned schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Ability and flexibility to do shift work, including evening and weekend shifts.

Working hours
We operate between 8:00 through until 23:00 all weekdays and weekends.
Flexible working hours available. We do require all riders and traffic controllers to work some evenings per week as well as the weekend.


Merits and language requirements
Swedish is not a requirement, however, you must be proficient in spoken as well as written English. Feel free to apply in either English or Swedish!
Having experience as a bike mechanic is a merit.
