Procurement & Traffic Systems? strategy is to bring back Freight Forwarding within Geodis Wilson and increased competitiveness on dossier/desk level. Our goal is to make benchmarking, procurement and back shopping a discipline that is mandatory on dossier and desk level. Our ambition is to always request a better price from our suppliers covering the cargo we have on hand right now and just as well take on ownership and responsibility improving our overall result. At the same time, we want to supply our customers with a wide range of flexible, sustainable and competitive products, that are all available in our Traffic System concept.

As Traffic Forwarder TCT Air you will be part of our Nordic TCT Air team, reporting to the Nordic Air Traffic Manager TCT and be located in Malmö.

Your role
Your main responsibilities will be to provide price competitive and high quality traffic solutions to all Nordic users. You will handle export shipments and have contact with suppliers and Geodis Wilson Network.
Other responsibilities:

? Generate cost savings on ad-hoc requests as well as regular shipments
? Adopt and comply with department goals and strategy
? Coordinate Nordic TCT Air volumes for dedicated trade lanes
? Create a better product for the network sales forces
? Must contribute to positive team spirit and to promote teamwork
? Arrival/departure monitoring to ensure timely deliveries and report deviations.
? Cost control and invoice handling
? ULD loading/planning
? Make sure that GW network lives up to SOP in respect to pre-alert time etc.
? Assist on optimizing internal processes
? Acting backup for import colleagues

? Experience to work in a complex matrix environment
