Arbetsuppgifter:

Responsibilities:
The Trainee Program includes education in the ERP-system M3, mentorship and practical experience. After finishing the program, candidates will be a part of an international development project that will include some traveling the first two years. The project is for an international client with business in several countries and continents. You will be travelling most of the time and spend about one week a month at the home office in Sweden.
We are looking for trainees in Finance, Logistics and Planning / production / purchasing. The objective is that the candidates are to become specialist in their fields of interests. iStone is recruiting business consultants in Växjö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Kalmar, Linköping, , Borlänge, and Oslo.

Profil:

Qualifications:
You should have a university degree within business administration, economics, engineering or marketing, or gained equal knowledge through work experiences.
-Relevant university or college degree
-Experience of some type of customer service or service position, from a part- or full-time job
-Experience of M3/Movex or work experience from a manufacturing or distribution company (considered an additional qualification)
-Fluent in English and Polish
-Driving license is a requirement

Personal characteristics:
You must be an outgoing person who is good at creating long-term customer relationships. Additionally you will have to be able to work independently but feel comfortable working in groups. Finally we welcome a strong entrepreneurial engagement and efficient view on problem-solving.
