For AstraZeneca we are now searching for an End User Training for AstarZenecas new purchasing system. The consultant assignment will start in March and go on until 2015-12-31 with possibility for extension.

Arbetsuppgifter

You will be working as an iBuy End User Trainer when AstraZeneca is implementing a new Purchasing System with coaching the organization with trainers in the system. The new cloud based Ariba (SAP) application, iBuy, integrates sourcing, purchasing and paying using a common Ariba technology platform that interfaces with SAP. Scope of countries include: NAM, UK, Sweden, Japan, France, China, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, UKMC.

The role holder will report into the Global Training Strategy & Delivery Lead who will be leading the Global Training Strategy to develop an on-going process/user improvement loop for iBuy to maintain high level of user ownership and to deeply embed into Business As Usual. Success in this role will be dependent on developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our end Customers and always taking the customer perspective and needs into consideration.

You will be working with:

- establish end user training needs
- update user guides, FAQ’s, hints and tips on the GFS training Sharepoint site
- utilise the latest best practices in training delivery and content and ensure the approach recognises cultural differences
- deliver Regional training to end users based on the Global Strategy/Global alignment
- deliver in region against the Global training plan
- cover end user needs – drop in clinics, refresher/new starter training, e-learning web ex, video clips
- redevelop the Region super user community
- working closely with the Global Training Lead
- align the network globally
- support global training requirements which come through the Finance Direct Training mailbox
- ensure timely following up on the training requests
- delivery effective training to End users
- webex and classroom based coaching
- support the global super user training plan
- provide support to the super users


Utbildning/erfarenhet

You have a Training delivery knowledge and background and knowledge in Ariba and SAP. You have evidence of working in a ‘hands-on’ role, good knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and fluent English and Swedish, writen and spoken.

As a person you have strong communications skills, is highly resilient to challenge and change and have experience of working in a changing environment. You make effective decisions despite uncertainty and/or incomplete information to drive business outcomes and ommunicate clearly to ensure alignment and empowers others with decision-making authority as appropriate. Additionally you create an environment in which diverse viewpoints are sought and encouraged, both within and beyond the team.
