About the role
As Sweden's leading tax practice, PwC provides the integrated tax solutions their clients need. Within their Transfer Pricing team, of 25 employees in Stockholm, they help multinational groups with planning, documenting, executing, and defending the pricing of their intercompany transactions. You will learn about different industries and build an understanding of company operations and management strategies. You will also get to use and develop your skills in both legal and economic analysis. Furthermore, you will work in an international context both with the clients, the colleagues, and the PwC global network.
Responsibilities
As a Transfer Pricing Consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Determining and/or adjusting transfer pricing policies
Managing financial transactions, typically intra-group loans, cash pools, guarantees, etc.
Performing valuations for tax purposes and Swedish tax audit processes
Mutual Agreement Procedures and Advance Pricing Agreements
Project management, both internal and external
Developing and/or implementing tools, e.g. in preparing documentation, visualizations, calculation models, and other tech initiatives
Driving or participating in education, networks, and seminars.
Requirements
We need to strengthen our team with a candidate who has
An academic degree in Law, Economics and/or Business administration. It is meritorious if you have studied Tax Law
Experience of working in several parallel business cases, and have great analytical ability
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
Experience in transfer pricing and/or working with the Microsoft Office environment
We are looking for both more experienced colleagues and newly graduated.

This is a consultancy employment, which means that you will be employed by Novare Potential and work as a consultant for PwC during the first year. During the first year, you will be offered support by us as an employer and by an assigned mentor, who can guide you in e.g. the industry, the Swedish work culture, expand your Swedish network, etc. In some cases, you can also be offered a free Swedish course, digitally. After the first year, you will be directly hired by PwC, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. The employment is full-time (100 %). For the right candidate, the position can be started remotely until you have arranged accommodation in Stockholm (senior/junior position) or in Gothenburg (senior position). The starting date: According to agreement.
