All about the role:
Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Transformation, Transformation Agent will support Electrolux Group’s journey to become a sustainable consumer experience innovation-driven company.
Your main role will be to lead cross-organizational transformation projects.
What you’ll do:
As a Transformation Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a new way of working collaboratively across functions and product lines to create a modern end-to-end platform (tech stack).
In detail, you will:
Drive key operations of the Digital Experience organization (DXP), such as:
Organize Big Room Planning every quarter.
Plan & administer standing LT meetings.
Support with lifecycle management of key tech tools
Organize key communication events to the DX community



Drive & be accountable to deliver key workstreams to enable the DXP Transformation such as: setting up the hub in the low cost location, writing & updating the operating model playbook, planning and executing change management activities, etc. For each individual project, responsibilities include:
Scoping the questions to be answered
Setting up the team to execute, defining roles, setting the time plan & objectives
Designing & leading workshops and meetings to co-create the answer
Executing qualitative and quantitative analysis
Synthesizing into conclusions and making a recommendation
Designing the implementation plan
In some cases, executing implementation of the recommendation

Who you are:
Previous experiences in digital project organizations. Transformation experience a plus but not required. Home appliance experience a plus!
Excellent interpersonal and effective relationship-building skills across organizations.
Ability to balance the strategic and the practical with strong implementation and drive for execution.
A high tolerance for ambiguity, and resilience.
Strong desire to ‘get your hands dirty’ and see the outcomes of your work
