To accelerate our strategy, we have an ambitious transformation program within Consumer Experience Area Wellbeing (The offering includes vacuum cleaners, air conditioning equipment, water heaters and heat pumps), and it is instrumental that Consumer Experience Area Wellbeing contributes to the deployment both within the entire Consumer Experience Organization, as well as in Consumer Experience Area Wellbeing. It's an execution program to help us gain the focus and momentum needed to meet our long-term targets and ambitions. In line with this, we've also built a new department – the Transformation Office.
To support our new program, we're currently looking for an experienced, confident, and business-driven Transformation Office Project Manager with desire to drive and accommodate change. In addition to strong project management success in this role is achieved through delivering change that improve processes and way of working that meets the need of the business. You will be responsible for driving multiple transformation projects from idea to final implementation. You will work across multiple teams and organizations, must have the ability to think strategically at a global level, and effectively develop innovative solutions with a business wide perspective, and deploy/implement them.
You will need to be comfortable engaging with senior leaders and managing transformations in complex setting. You will need to be pragmatic in planning and execution. This role calls for a balance between stakeholder management, collaborative leadership and influential skills across the organization, in addition to supportive individual contributions. If you are engaged, ambitious, detailed oriented and an effective collaborator who thrives on driving impact and enabling others, then this role is for you.
You ensure that the projects are driven in line with Electrolux Core competences and keep workstream leaders accountable for actions and progress but at the same time you assure cross-functional cooperation within the projects by acting as a coach to workstream leaders if needed. You challenge the Project teams to move outside the box but at the same time ensuring we keep to our strategy. On a day-to-day basis, you support and ensure rigorous project process management and administration activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
· 6+ years of experience in driving change and Project Management. Your previous experience has made you a strong project leader with extensive transformation and/or change management in a large company where you've worked in an international and multicultural environment.
· PMI/PMP or related certification is a plus
· Proven track record in transformation and/or change management projects combined with a product development, product line or industrial background is a plus. You also have experience from working globally.
· Fluent in English. Swedish or other European languages are a benefit
