Travel sales agents

Stream Global Services AB provides technical customer support in the Nordic area. Our customers are high technology companies that have chosen to outsource part of their enterprise. Stream International helps both private- and business customers with technical support. The travel consultants will be responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. Provide responsive and competent telephone support to customers. Solving and handling customer inquiries. You will also manage claims and customers file (email, fax and chat) on problematical of booking, documentation request and logistic organization. Your profile : High school/college degree level. At least 12 to 24 month experience in a similar function of customers sales, ideally acquired in a travel environment. Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a MUST: Danish, Norwegian or Finnish. Efficiency in Swedish. IATA/GDS/Amadeus certificate is a plus, Enthusiastic, dynamic and reactive, you are very comfortable with communicating by phone and have a good writing expression. You must know how to use Internet and some technical tools.
