Want to join our Central Finance team and play a key role in building and forming one of the four corner stones of the Central Treasury function? Then apply right now as we at Ikano Bank are looking for a Treasurer.
This is a new position based out of Ikano Bank's headquarters in Lund, Sweden and will report to the Head of Treasury.
Responsibility
The key responsibilities of a Treasurer can be broadly classified into-
General
- Cash management.
- Stress testing of liquidity.
- Monitor and analyse the Interest rate swaps and hedging
- Monitor new regulations in the liquidity area from FSA´s in countries the bank operates in.
- Manage documentation of stress tests, annual reviews and new policies/guidelines.
- Participate in projects related to Treasury.
- Take part in the back-up routines for Treasury front office or Treasury middle office depending on individual experience.
Other
- Promoting the essence of Ikano as the foundation of Ikano´s culture.
- Being a good representative of Ikano and of the values that we represent.
- Take an active role in various decision forums.
Profile and qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience from working in a treasury function or from working with similar areas in a bank/financial institution.
- Track record in cash management from large and preferably international corporations.
- Experience from front office and/or middle office activities.
- Bachelors degree in Finance.
- Broad understanding of the foundations of banking.
- Knowledge of regulations, procedures, practices and principles related to cash management and liquidity.
- Having an analytical, business minded and enthusiastic approach.
- Driven - with an ambition to constantly learn and develop new skills.
- Fluent both in English and a Nordic language - spoken and written.
- Ability to work in a team and within Ikano's values of sense and simplicity.
