Main task and responsibilities
To support Enköping Accounting Shared Center North (Nordic Countries) with all treasury functions.You will be responsible for all AP, AR, Netting, cash pooling and hedging

Selection of duties:

Treasury:

• Report group netting
• Report Group interest payments/receivables
• Salary transfers
• Supplier payments
• Domestic and International payments
• Customer collections and reminders
• Bad debt report

Taxes payments:

• VAT
• Social security
• Others

Intra – company reconciliations (AP & AR)
Administrative and Financial support to local managers

You will work closely with your colleagues in the Accounting Shared Service Center located in Enköping. You will report to our Accounting Manager in Enköping.

Who are we looking for?
To be qualified for this position you need a solid experience (minimum 3-5 years) from working with financial payments at an accounting department in a similar role or bank experience.
If you have a degree in Accounting or Finance that will be a plus, but your solid experience is most important to us.
We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as with the colleagues, a flexible person with ability to take own initiatives and is committed to delivery and have good prioritization skills to get all tasks completed in the time required. You have focus on high quality of work completed.
We believe that you have excellent computer skills, external audit experience would be a plus as well as knowledge of US GAAP and/or IAS. Our corporate language is English and therefore it´s a requirement of fluent English, both written as well as spoken.
