Underwriting Administrator, Financial Lines

Underwriting Administrator, Financial Lines The position will be a permanent assignment and based in Stockholm, Sweden and be part of a small team with good team spirit and efficient sharing of knowledge and experience across divisions. Responsibilities Providing valuable assistance and support to the company's team of Underwriters to ensure they are empowered to achieve their goals Assisting in preparing quotes managing billing and collections, issuing policies, file management, monitoring and logging prospect and submission databases and other relevant records General correspondence and telephone enquiries by liaising with brokers and clients as well as with other departments being involved Qualification/Experience Business degree in finance, accounting or equivalent Experience with similar administrative responsibilities from an insurance, legal or similar environment is an advantage Fluency in Swedish as well as English Some understanding of other Nordic languages is also appreciated.
