General Purpose of Position:

You will play a essential role in driving the delivery of the strategy and the business agenda in Sweden, focusing on finance support to win with brands, win in the market place, and win through continuous improvement. You are responsible to deliver the Nordic Finance programme relating to all aspects of financial steering, planning, and management of the business performance. The role partners mainly Customer Development (Sales) and on category related initiatives also Brand Building (Marketing), but there is frequent contact with many other functions as well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pro-actively managing, control, and steering the entire Profit & Loss (actuals and forecast), including understanding assumptions, drivers, and proposing value-add trade-offs.
- Drive and manage the Return on Marketing and Trade Investments, ensuring full visibility on performance to deliver promotional targets (ROMI & OPSO).
- Delivery and monitoring of pricing initiatives on time in full including support with customer negotiations.
- Drive the Integrated Business Planning Process for responsible categories including the development of Customer Business Plans. Ensure investments are aligned with strategic intent.
- Provide financial advice and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust business cases on innovations, Ice Cream Cabinets (Capex) and other ad-hoc projects.
- Own and drive continuous improvement and process initiatives.
- Ensuring that business controls are in place and working effectively.
- Act as a back-up support for the Business Analyst (within country Finance team).

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent
- 4-6 years of Finance Business Partnering experience
- Experience in Controlling, Accounting or Corporate Audit
- Strong business acumen and Financial understanding
- Development and implementation of business strategy
- High integrity, strong organizational awareness, team commitment
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and to hold people accountable
- Excellent analytical skills, strong decision support and communicational skills
- Pro-activeness towards continuous improvement with a ?can do it? mentality
