IT Analyst - Unilever Nordic

Location: Unilever Nordic Head Office of Solna, Stockholm
Reports to: Head of IT Nordics

The IT Analyst is responsible for the daily delivery of IT services to the business. You will work effectively with the team and support your stakeholders in any IT matter. Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring business continuity of the IT tools and infrastructure within Sweden + Nordic sites, ie. to support the Head of IT within area of responsibility as a representative for the whole of IT: Maintaining the delivery of services of Networks, Fixed and Mobile voice, Servers and clients, Service Desks & Local Applications etc
- Being first Point of contact for IT: act as interface and coordinator between business and IT. Work, support and engage with the business on all IT matters and projects and manage our suppliers herewith.
- Drive the relevant engagement with Service Lines, IT Teams and suppliers in order to achieve the improvement targets committed to the business
- Enabling local delivery of Local/Global project incl. information gathering, procurement, trainings, processes & documentation and testing
- Tracking & Solving IT Incidents and Requests, proactive and reactive support
- Driving any (ad-hoc) matters end to end from a business perspective

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualifications
- Background: A degree in Information Technology followed by working experience within the industry, whereof a Track Record from a Global Service & Support organization with an outsourcing environment would be preferred.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Client/Server support experience, Remedy - beneficial
- Other: ITIL foundation certification - beneficial, Project management methodology (PMI, Prince) - beneficial, requirements analysis experience. Fluent in English and Swedish both written and verbal. This role requires strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with technical experience.
