University Relations Manager Turkey

Universum is changing the way companies think and talk about their brands when it comes to a key stakeholder: talent. We?re growing fast and are looking for a smart, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our University Relations team at our global headquarters in Stockholm.

Universum?s mission is to help top employers attract top university talent. In order to do that, we survey 500,000 students each year to understand what they are looking for in an employer upon graduation as well as which employers they consider ?ideal?. In addition to allowing us to support employers? branding strategies, the survey allows our university partners to understand more about their students? career preferences and university experience. We also support universities with career guidance tools for their students as well as branding solutions to help them increase their schools? attractiveness.

In this role you will build and strengthen our academic partnerships in Turkey. Our team is at the foundation of the Universum business model where you secure our outreach to top talent in your specific country or region.

Your main responsibilites?

Data collection results for all the student surveys in Turkey. This includes targets on main fields of study per university.
Secure our annual career expectations research in Turkey. This research is the core of everything we do at Universum and has the highest priority.
Develop the Universum University Relations in Turkey by building strategic, exclusive and sustainable partnerships with higher educational institutions by using our data and external knowledge to provide our university partners with value
Cross-department cooperation, including close cooperation with the Sales department, the central Universum Academic Network team and the B2B marketing team.

You have?
A Bachelor or Master?s degree in Marketing, Sales or Communications
Social media expertise
Great telephone skills. Tele sales experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English
