Evolar AB in Uppsala is looking for:
Development engineer, CIGS
Tasks and responsibilities
·      Design, plan and perform experiments with main focus on the co-evaporation process of the Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) absorber layer in thin film solar cells and modules.
·      Analyze and report results within R&D projects.
·      Take part in specification and commissioning of new equipment when applicable.


Experience and education
·      M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or similar.
·      At least 5 years of experience from working with thin film deposition processes and vacuum systems.
·      Knowledge of solar cells in general and in particular CIGS thin film solar cells.
·      Practical experience from working with Design of Experiments (DoE) approaches and statistical evaluation of data is highly valued.


Personal qualifications
·      Well-structured and result oriented.
·      Ability and willingness to work hands-on in the lab.
·      Enjoys working in a team.
·      Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
