UX designer

Saltside is looking for a UX Designer to help our growing company. You will work as part of the Product team, in close collaboration with the Design and Development teams, to successfully drive projects from ideas to launch. You will need to be at ease visualising an experience in the abstract and then converting that vision into clear mockups and prototypes. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Required

- A drive to constantly learn and grow in your role
- A high level of self-motivation and attention to detail
- A desire for innovation balanced with user and business needs
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
- Ability to analyse business requirements, taking into account market analysis, customer feedback and technical constraints
- Ability to develop ideas into user stories, high-level requirements and interaction flows
- Experience creating clear conceptual sketches, wireframes and prototypes
- Good understanding of software development tools and processes
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment
- Fluent English skills

Meriting

- Experience in user research and A/B testing
- Experience or good working knowledge of mobile and Android applications
- Experience creating products for a developing market.
