UX Designer

Qualifications & Skills
UX Design: At least 5 years experience as a UX designer for digital products. You feel secure enough with your UX background to take lead on projects about user research, design and continuous discovery.
User research: Extensive experience in user research and product discovery. You are deeply curious and you think in terms of assumptions, hypotheses, and discovering needs and solutions.
Design tools & processes: Skilled in Figma or equivalent, both for working with wireframes and prototypes, as well as sketches and design systems. Experience from working iteratively, specifically with agile product development processes.
Communication: With excellent written and presentation skills in English, you communicate clearly and generously at all levels. With your experience from facilitation and leading design workshops, you feel comfortable leading both internal and external meetings.
Interpersonal skills: To fit our team you are both highly collaborative and prestigeless, open minded and quick to share with a flexible mindset. You enjoy learning from others and also mentoring and helping others.
