We currently have the following job opening;

UX Product Owner – Infotainment, Connectivity & HMI

In this role, you are the product owner for the CEVT vehicle HMI and responsible for the creation and maintenance of the product backlog for the User Experience (UX) scrum team, consisting of interaction designers, graphical designers, and prototype developers. The team is developing interaction design and user experience for CEVTs Infotainment system in center stack display (CSD/IHU) and driver information in the instrument cluster (DIM). You will work within CEVT’s Infotainment & Driver Information Module Team. You will be the team’s interface to the rest of the organisation and responsible for keeping track of time plans, changes, content scope etc. You will be part of a global development team with resources in both Sweden and China.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Main responsible of Infotainment user experience.
• Create and maintain the backlog, keeping it updated with the correct content and task priority connected to the overall project time plan.
• Represent the team at project meeting and synchronize team deliveries with project plans in different projects.
• Interface with all stakeholders connected to the product.

Profile and Background
We are looking for you who want to be part of and contribute to our team and together develop and deliver a world class User Experience for our vehicle’s infotainment system. To be successful in our team, it is important that you are positive, take initiative and bring up new ideas to solve complex problems. You have a strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and deliver in a dynamic and changing environment. It is important for us that you have a strong sense of teamwork and work well with other people. In addition, you have a big interest and curiosity in other cultures and diversity.

• B.Sc. Interaction design/Technical design, Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• >5 years’ experience of embedded systems development.
• Experience of UX development and prototyping.
• Relevant working experience from HMI area.
• Driver’s license

Additional experience as below will be an advantage
• Product ownership in a scrum team.
• Scrum and/or agile methods.
• Project management.

Additional Information
• Travels to Asia will be requested.
• Each individual in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be able to work autonomously.
