Vattenfall seeks a senior recruiter!

Your main tasks
As a recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from job specification with the hiring manager throughout sourcing, selection and pre- employment screening. You are responsible for your own recruitments in close cooperation with the hiring managers however, end responsibility of our services lies within the whole team. The variation of the profiles is wide, but with an emphasis on engineering. The core of this work is to understand the business´ needs and act as a professional pro-active partner.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in recruitment who enjoys the work and role as a professional recruiter. We think you are working as a recruiter today and wish to continue with this ahead. You have several years of experience working with the entire recruitment process on different kinds of levels, preferably in large and/ or international companies. Furthermore, you are used to operate in a customer oriented business and skilled in establishing new contacts as well as maintaining existing ones. It is an advantage if you also have worked with online sourcing & searching and have a creative view on usage of new technologies. The administrative part of the work requires an organized and structured approach. The work is at times intense.

As a colleague in a highly committed team, we think that your personal qualities and your commitment to recruitment is important. As a person you are self-driven, strategic, focused on continuous improvement and have good cooperation skills. You have a university degree, ideally with a behavioral approach. Since English is our corporate language, you must be able to speak and write English without difficulty. Driving license is required due to travel on a weekly basis mainly on the west coast.

The position is permanent and full-time, starting as soon as possible.

We are currently seeking an experienced senior recruiter on a permanent position. You will be based at our nuclear plant Ringhals south of Gothenburg, but you will also serve other companies within Vattenfall ? mainly on the west coast. You will be a part of the local team at Ringhals as well as the regional recruitment department and global group of recruiters within Vattenfall.
