We currently have the following job opening;



CEVT Hardware & Build team is responsible for the test objects continuous lifecycle during the development process. Part of this organization is Vehicle Management.
The Vehicle Management team consist of a team of vehicle coordinators that have the task to be in control of the test objects condition, all from start until the car is taken out of the usage.
There is currently a team of Vehicle coordinators and Vehicle Management Admin but with increase amount of test vehicles we need to strengthen the team with a senior member that can provide knowledge and work experience.

Responsibilities
• Release of car – confirm car apply to legal requirements, and are ok for test usage.
• Keep control of vehicle status and conditions during lifecycle
• Participate/Lead vehicle management meeting (daily car meeting)
• Keep track of vehicle update needs
• Take lead/Be part of expedition forum for decision of usage on public road/proving grounds.
• Benchmark vehicle coordination
• Summaries status for project reports
• Address necessary resources to resolve issues that block continues usage of test vehicles
• Take lead/ be part of business development activities to improve and secure proper work procedures to get an effective work conditions.

Profile and Background
• Driven and motivated to take a front position in problem-solving situations but with the sense to balance and secure the right attention from a team perspective.
• You are a good team player and service minded to continuously serve to be a central point in test objects control.
• Structured mindset
• Ability to communicate both in Swedish and English
• Can coop with situations where the structure has to be developed during the ongoing work.
• Capable to chair forums where different opinions might not be aligned but still reach a decision.
• Knowledge and experience from vehicle administration either as Vehicle coordinator or equivalent – such as workshop customer desk or similar.
