Vehicle Dynamics CAE Engineer

As Vehicle Dynamics CAE Engineer you are responsible for planning and performing CAE analysis. The work is performed in close cooperation with the Attribute Leader Vehicle Dynamics, the wheel suspension designers and the brake designers. The CAE results is the base to ensure that the project content is sufficient to reach the targets on ride comfort, handling and braking. The various tasks demands an analytical approach and a strong ability to judge the results. Most of the work will be performed within a CAE-environment with various tools. However, some testing will be carried out, using a complete vehicle, which is why a Driver's License (B-level) is a necessity.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Model build in Adams
• Perform analysis in Adams
• Compile and evaluate analysis and test results
• Support the design departments in development of specifications, concept selections and supplier evaluations


Requirements
• MSc Engineering
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics development
• Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues
• Analytic and problem solving mindset
• Ability to cooperate and work in team
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
• Driver license type B
