We are searching for an HR-Manager with experience from both an international and entrepreneurial environment. You should be confident in dealing with daily operations within the HR-field as well as more strategic parts of HR. You need to have experiences from building up HR-processes. Required experience from management groups is also essential.
As a person you should be independent and driven in your daily work. The company has offices in several countries around the globe which emphasizes the need of an internationally experienced person for the position as an HR-manager.
The HR Manager directs the Human Resources practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and effectiveness. The HR Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
The HR Manager guides and manages the overall support within the field of HR area as services, policies and programs for the company. The major areas the HR Manager manages include:
Recruiting and staffing
Work environment (systematic review by the laws)
Performance management and improvement systems
Compensation and benefits
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
Policies and documentation
Employee relations and negotiation with Trade Unions
Staff and mgrs. manual
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
University degree in Business/HR or equivalent
5 years in HR and as Manager/HR Business partner
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, laws and negotiation.
Knowledge of business and management principles enough to be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
Knowledge of relevant procedures and laws to promote security for the protection of people.
Swedish and English
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Able to gather and analyze information and improve effectiveness
