We are looking for project managers who would like to work with us in Stockholm or Amsterdam.
Enact Sustainable Strategies is a sustainability consultancy present in Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands and China. We are now looking for project managers to work with us. We need more capacity in our offices in Stockholm and Amsterdam.

Enact currently consists of three business areas: Advisory, Labs and the Human Rights and Business Practice Group. We are currently looking for candidates to strengthen our Advisory business area. Our services within this business area are on the intersection of business, responsibility and sustainability, and include:
Strategy development and implementation
Stakeholder engagement and dialogue
Risk management; including design, assessments and mitigation plans
Brand and communication strategy development and support
Sustainability reporting (design, project management, including materiality analysis, data collection, etc.)
Gap analysis in relation to international frameworks (e.g. GRI standards, Integrated reporting, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights)
Supply chain management
Compliance issues related to human rights, business ethics and anti-corruption
Sustainability assurance
Implementation design and support
Implementation of Sustainability, EH&S and Operational Risk Management Software
Facilitation of workshops and trainings



Project Manager
As project manager you will coordinate the work that we do with our clients within the projects designated to you, following a structured project management framework. Our management system – Our Way of Working – is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You will be responsible for deliveries according to contracts and ensure that we serve our clients in a satisfactory way. You will also be responsible for coordination within our project teams. As part of the job, you will be engaged in sales efforts and different internal tasks.

Your profile:
You are an excellent project manager with strong experience from a consultancy environment (3 years or more).
You enjoy working in teams.
You have experience from working with large, international companies.
You are knowledgeable and have relevant experience from working with sustainability and responsibility in business.
You are a people-person enjoying interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
You are self-driven with the proven ability to develop and drive your own initiatives.
You have experience in working with sales.
You are fluent in English and the language of the local market where you will be based (Sweden or the Netherlands).
