Warehouse Assistant / Lagerarbetare

Assist with Non-Expendable supply system at the Embassy s off site warehouse. Keep records of stock levels. Assist with inventory. Assist with daily operation of the off site warehouse including issuances, receiving and returns, transporting and warehousing of all non-expendable property. Issuances based upon approved and signed official requisitions/transaction forms. Maintains files in accordance with FAM rules and regulations.

All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.

1. Completion of secondary school.

2. 1 year of related work experience.

3. Level 2 (Limited Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Swedish is required. Level 3 (Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.

4. Basic knowledge in use of maual and electric tools. Basic computer knowledge.

5. Must have Swedish B drivers license. Be able to operate a forklift.
